Refund Policy
1. Overview
At SwingTechSA, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your golf simulator products and accessories. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for all orders.
2. Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

The product is still in its original, unused condition and packaging.

A return request is made within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items, or within 14 days for change-of-mind returns (subject to approval).
Custom-built products, simulator enclosures, or items that have been installed are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but defective or damaged items will be assessed individually.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact SwingTechSA as soon as possible with:

Photos of any damage or defects
SwingTechSA will provide instructions for returning the item and may request inspection before issuing a refund or replacement.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product error, damage, or incorrect delivery.
5. Replacements
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, SwingTechSA will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Replacements will be shipped within the standard lead time of 3–4 weeks, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Damaged Items During Transit
If your order is damaged during delivery, notify SwingTechSA within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the damage.
We will work with the courier to assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. Custom Orders and Installations
Custom-built simulators, enclosures, or installations are generally non-refundable unless there is a proven defect or damage upon delivery. Delivery and setup issues will be resolved on a case-by-case basis.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges are treated as a return of the original product and a new purchase. Standard processing and lead times apply.
